Do you have difficulties concerning your studies or in your social environment? Are you struggling with addiction or anxiety and need someone to talk to? Then contact the psychotherapeutic and psychosocial counseling of the Munich Student Union. Experienced psychologists will listen to you and give you the chance to confidentially and privately talk about your problems. Together you can find new solution strategies. This offer is completely free for students. Apart from individual counseling, they also offer couple and family counseling.
The Studentenwerk also offers psychological counseling in the event of sexual harassment, discrimination or violence. And if you feel like you require more permanent help the staff will refer you to a qualified therapist.

If you prefer taking to someone that is your age, feel free to contact Nightline Munich that offer telephone counselings from students for students.
Evangelical University Community TUM
Psychological counseling, coaching and pastoral care for students regardless of their belief and values are offered by the Evangelical University Community at TUM. Both in the city center and on the TUM campus in Garching you will find help dealing with study problems as well as with personal crises of all kinds.
