Stay active - even in difficult times

For many people, the topic of exercise is currently neglected. Especially in times when we are at home a lot and perhaps even have to spend most of the time at our desk. Sport and exercise are important for our physical and mental health and also for our well-being. So enjoy our movement series on the topics Active break, Mobility and Workouts with everyday objects to inspire. Below you will find short instructions for a little exercise in between as well as complete training units

Sport Challenge

4 weeks to increase physical performance

6 days per week for 4 weeks: Our Sports challenge is designed as a 30-day program, with set exercises with different focuses waiting for you every day. You can decide for yourself at what time of day you want to do the fitness exercises. In total, these last between 90 seconds per day in the 1st week and a maximum of 6 minutes in the 4th week - so excuses are not allowed (;

Take the time and do something good for yourself and your health. It is worth it!

Finally the time has come and we can invite you to test our TUMmel. Our mobile fitness box will be used at various locations in the future and will bring more exercise into everyday student life. Just come by and try it out. Equipment rental is free for all TUM students and of course we have prepared various game instructions and exercise options for you. Try it out - alone or as a group. Here you will definitely find new contacts and get to know your fellow students better!
